Review and proposals

Reviewing your home has no cost and does not obligate you to anything. Any proposal and subscription agreement has its own written terms, which prevail over what is published here.

The 30% savings

The minimum 30% savings is calculated from your last 12 months of usage and is defined in the written agreement for your subscription. Examples on this site are illustrative.

Who qualifies

The subscription is subject to a review of each home: type of home, roof, utility, location, usage history and a soft credit check.
