My Home Solutions exists so a Central Florida homeowner can get the power of the sun without buying equipment and without a 25-year commitment. You save at least 30% on your bill, guaranteed in writing.
Why we exist
Many Central Florida homeowners have already heard the solar pitch. It almost always came with 20 or 25 years of payments, a monthly amount that goes up every year, or a bill that never matched the promise. That is why they are skeptical, and they are right to be.
We work with a new way: the subscription. You choose how long you want to be saving, 3 or 5 years. The installation team puts in, maintains, insures and repairs everything. And your savings are in writing before anything is installed.
It is not for every home. If yours doesn’t qualify, or if buying makes more sense for you, we tell you. We would rather lose a sale than lose your trust.

Homes within about 50 miles of Orlando, served by Duke Energy, FPL or TECO. If your utility is municipal (OUC, KUA, Lakeland Electric) or a co-op, the subscription doesn’t apply yet.
