Central Florida homeowners
Save at least 30% on your electric bill with the power of the sun.
A new way to have it at home: you subscribe for 3 or 5 years and your savings are guaranteed in writing. The installation team puts in, maintains, insures and repairs everything.
We review your real bill. If it doesn’t make sense for you, we say so.
Example with your bill
- Your bill today
- $250/mo
- With the subscription, at most
- $175/mo
Example using the 30% minimum. Your real number comes from your last 12 months of bills and includes your utility’s minimum charge.
- At least 30% savings, in writing
- You choose: 3 or 5 years
- Installation, maintenance and insurance included
- Nothing is recorded against your home

What the subscription is
It works like your home internet, except it lowers your bill.
The installation team puts the system on your roof. You get a monthly amount that doesn’t go up during the term, and your utility bill drops to the minimum in many months.
Together, you save at least 30% over the year compared with what the utility alone charged you. If the year closes short of that, you get the difference back.
Step by step
From your bill to your savings, in four steps
- 1
Send us your bill
A photo on WhatsApp or the form. With your last 12 months we see how much your home uses.
- 2
See your numbers in writing
How much you save, the monthly amount and for how long. If it doesn’t make sense for you, we say so right there.
- 3
It gets installed for you
The installation team handles the site visit, permits and the connection with your utility.
- 4
You start saving
At the one-year mark, what you paid is reviewed. If you saved less than 30%, you get the difference back.
What is in writing
Everything that matters is on paper before installation.
At least 30% savings
On your total bill, with your utility’s minimum charge included in the calculation.
One-year review
At 12 months, what you paid is compared. If you saved less, you get the difference back, with no cap.
Guaranteed production
If the system produces less than the annual minimum, you get the proportional part of the monthly amount back.
Everything included
Maintenance, monitoring, insurance and repairs. None of it comes out of your pocket.
If you sell your home
The buyer can keep the subscription at no charge. If they don’t want it, the agreement is canceled at no cost to you.
At the end
If you don’t renew, the system is removed at no cost and your roof is sealed, with a 10-year warranty.
Who qualifies
Does your home qualify?
The subscription is reviewed home by home. These are the requirements.
- You own the home and it is a single-family house
- Shingle roof in good condition
- Your utility is Duke Energy, FPL or TECO
- At least 12 months living and paying electricity in that home
- The home is within about 50 miles of Orlando
- A soft credit check that doesn’t affect your score
When it doesn’t make sense
If your bill is low, if you have a tile or metal roof, or if you need a battery for outages, the subscription is not for you. And if you have capital and an ideal roof, buying may save you more over 25 years. We tell you anyway.
